Sam Altman Reveals: Companies Using AI the Most Are Hiring the Most Workers

OpenAI CEO Sam Altman has made a surprising statement about the future of work in the AI era. According to Altman, businesses that are adopting artificial intelligence most aggressively are also the ones hiring the largest number of new employees.

Instead of replacing humans, AI appears to be acting as a powerful productivity tool that helps companies grow faster, create new roles, and expand operations. This challenges the common fear that AI will lead to massive job losses.

Altman’s comments suggest that AI is currently more of a job creator than a job destroyer — at least in the early stages of widespread adoption.

This positive outlook offers hope to many worried about automation, while still highlighting the need for workers to adapt and learn new skills alongside AI.
