Scientists Discovered What Cats Do When Nobody’s Watching

When left alone, cats spend much of their time doing what comes naturally to them: exploring their territory, napping in cozy spots, playing with toys or imaginary prey, and keeping an eye on their environment.

They are independent creatures that enjoy their own company. Many cats also spend time grooming, watching birds or movements outside windows, or simply resting while staying alert to any changes in their home.

Understanding this helps us appreciate their natural instincts and ensures they have everything they need when we’re not around.
