At first, people could barely recognize him as a dog.
His body was thin—painfully thin. Bones visible through his skin, fur dull and uneven, eyes carrying a quiet exhaustion that said more than words ever could.
He had been found wandering alone.
No collar. No home. No strength left to keep going much longer.
When rescuers first approached him, he didn’t run.
He couldn’t.
That’s when they knew how serious it was.
They brought him in immediately, unsure if he would even survive the first few days. Food had to be given carefully. Too much, too fast could do more harm than good.
