Every evening as the sky turns soft purple and pink, two neighborhood cats have their own special routine.

A beautiful Bengal cat and a gentle gray cat meet on the back porch. Their owner puts down two bowls of food, and the pair eats side by side in peaceful companionship.

At first they were just two strays who showed up separately. But over time they started waiting for each other. Now they sit close together, tails occasionally brushing, sharing the quiet moment under the warm porch light.

One beautiful twilight, the owner watched as the gray cat gently pushed a few extra kibbles from her bowl toward the Bengal cat. The Bengal responded by leaning over and giving her friend a soft head bump.
