12-Year-Old Injured Shelter Dog Waits for Adoption With “Good Boy” Sign

This gentle senior dog sits quietly in his shelter kennel, his face and body showing the scars of a hard life. At 12 years old, he still wags his tail and loves belly rubs. The note above his kennel reads “Good boy, loves belly rubs.” Despite everything he’s been through, he remains kind and hopeful.

A loving family saw his photo and knew he deserved peace. They adopted him and gave him the soft bed, warm home, and belly rubs he had waited so long for. Now he spends his golden years surrounded by love, proving that no dog is ever too old for a happy ending.
