How Many Cats Do You See?

This hidden-cat puzzle contains more cats than most people notice at first glance.

Start with the obvious large cats:

1 large cat in the background
1 large cat in the center

Now look carefully for the smaller hidden cats:

1 kitten sitting between the top cat’s eyes
1 kitten below the center cat
1 smaller kitten beneath it
1 tiny kitten at the very bottom
1 cat peeking out from the right side

Now add them together:

2 large cats + 5 hidden cats = 7

The correct answer is 7 cats.

Many people miss the cat peeking from behind the right side or overlook the tiny kitten near the bottom.
