A tense backyard encounter was caught on camera after a black bear wandered onto a property and came face-to-face with a family dog.
The short video shows the dog standing near the deck while the bear moves across the grassy yard several yards away. Instead of retreating, the dog appears alert and focused on the unexpected visitor.
Moments later, the dog suddenly runs toward the bear.
