Car 3 has room behind it to reverse out of the central cluster. Moving it backward creates the space needed for the neighboring vehicles to start moving and untangle the jam.
The puzzle is easier if you ignore the colors and trace each car’s possible forward and backward path. Most cars are immediately blocked by another vehicle, while Car 3 has the useful escape route.
