At first glance, it looks like a weird art project or something strange drying in the sun. But look closer — those long, flat strips hanging on the clothes drying rack are actually fresh homemade pasta.
The person was making big batches of fettuccine or tagliatelle from scratch and using the rack to air-dry the noodles before cooking or storing them. It’s a common old-school method used by many Italian families and home cooks.
Much more efficient than trying to dry them on a table!
