Morgan Freeman Turned His 124-Acre Ranch into a Bee Sanctuary to Help Save the Bees

Concerned about the global decline in bee populations, Academy Award-winning actor Morgan Freeman transformed his 124-acre ranch in Mississippi into a sanctuary for honeybees. Starting in 2014, he brought in dozens of beehives and planted the land with bee-friendly flowers and trees like lavender, clover, and magnolia.

Freeman feeds the bees by hand and has created a safe haven where they can thrive. His efforts highlight the vital role bees play in our ecosystem and food supply.

What do you think? Have you ever helped bees in your own yard or garden?
