This classic riddle asks: What can you see in a mirror but never pick up?
The answer is: your reflection.
A mirror shows an image of you, but that image is not a physical object. It is simply light reflected back toward your eyes.
You can see your reflection clearly, move with it, and even watch it copy every gesture you make, but there is nothing there to grab or hold.
The riddle works because it asks you to think about something visible as though it must also be tangible. A reflection breaks that assumption.
Once you realize the answer does not have to be a physical object, the puzzle becomes easy to solve.
