How Many Baby Robins Are Really Here? Look for the Hidden Birds

At first glance, this picture looks like a neat group of nine adorable baby robins. But take another careful look: some of the smallest animals are hiding behind their bigger neighbors.

How many can you find?

Start at the top left, count each obvious animal once, and slowly scan along the edges and spaces between the larger ones. Look at the gaps between the larger birds and along the branches where tiny faces are concealed.

Try counting without reading the answer first. Can you spot every little face?

The answer

There are 12 baby robins in this picture. The trick is noticing the tiny hidden ones, not counting the obvious animals twice.

Share the picture with a friend who loves a good observation challenge and compare your counts.
